Drabble of Summer #9: Wander

Not all who wander are lost. Peter didn’t know much about poetry, but that was a pretty cool line. Strider captured his imagination from the beginning. There was something about the man’s mystery that was extremely cool.

When the hobbits met Strider he was a dark and intimidating man. But then he proved to be brave and courageous, and literally noble. A king and a hero.

Years later Peter was sitting at a bar nursing a drink when the line came back to him: not all who wander are lost. Right now he was just like Strider. His story wasn’t over yet.
