Etc: Love at First Sight

Do you believe in love at first sight?

Definitely. It started as a childhood fantasy. The prince and the princess instantly fall in love, so of course I thought that was how it worked for everyone. I’ve always been a dreamer so when I grew up I still believed in it.

I remember the first time I fell in love at first sight. I was fifteen and her name was Amara Myles. I went to a Halloween party and saw her from across the room. My reaction to her was just “Wow”. I think that’s what let me know when I’m in love at first sight: if I look at someone, and all I can think of is “Wow”.

I’m an adult now but I still believe in love at first sight. Hell, I still experience it. I loved both Simone and Caitlin the moment I met them. In fact, I fell in love with the person I’m with right now at first sight. Whenever I look at them, I fall more in love. All I can think of is “Wow”.
