The bed sheets were tangled around their twined legs. Desmond’s head was nestled in the crook of Michael’s neck, his breath teasing his lover’s skin. Michael let his fingers tangle in Des’s hair. The other man’s eyes were half-closed as he enjoyed his boyfriend’s touch.
“I love you,” Michael murmured.
“Love you too,” Des answered. Michael bent his head down to press a soft kiss on the other man’s mouth. Michael couldn’t imagine being happier than he was at this moment.

Kilo just came back from an engagement. It was quiet in the Dollhouse, with most of the others peacefully secure in their pods. Kilo wandered quietly through the halls until he found the secret place. Quebec was already there waiting for him. Kilo crawled in and hovered over the other Active. Something about having Quebec underneath him felt familiar…
“I love you,” he murmured. He wasn’t sure what the words meant; only that they were true.
“Love you too,” Quebec answered. Kilo pressed a soft kiss on the other man’s mouth, combing through his hair tenderly. Quebec let out a happy sigh and nestled his head in the crook of Kilo’s neck. They stayed that way for as long as they could.

They were in the bathtub again. Peter didn’t like sleeping in his bed and Des didn’t like sleeping alone, so here they were. It was a small tub so the two men had to squeeze in tight together. Not that this was a problem for either of them. Peter let his fingers tangle in Des’s hair.
“I love you,” he murmured.
“Love you too,” Des answered. That got Peter to smile. He pressed a soft kiss on the other man’s mouth and held him close. Des nestled his head in the crook of his lover’s neck and Peter let his eyes fall shut in contentment.
